FAQ's

Do I need prior experience with Meditation? Nature? Energy medicine?

Absolutely not. This is about bringing like-minded people together who want to honour and learn more about healing with nature's cycles. You don't have to be an expert in anything nature-wise, or have any prior experience with mindfulness or meditation :) 5% of all our proceeds go towards our big dream of building a queer-friendly nature sanctuary.

What do I need to bring?

Yourself, a bevvy, cozy space, blanket, your cat (optional though I'd love to meet them)... whatever you need for safety and support.
