A dear friend of mine, Frankie Edwards (they/them), has put together a phenomenal event to gather a special group of folks at this important time in Earth's history. I wanted to share with you because I think you'd gain so much from this.

You Belong to the Land is a retreat specially curated for those committed to peace, meaningful leadership development, Earth-centric nervous system embodiment, and transgenerational healing.

It's a 5-day retreat in Newfoundland June 13-18th with artistic, spiritual and scientific surprises at every corner including:

  • a complete guide and practice to the science and art of forest bathing for awakening the innermost senses and confidence in your body
  • a shamanic journey beneath the Atlantic ocean to unlock your more-than-human intuitive connection to Earth
  • traditional celtic storytelling, song and music to fulfill your whimsy
  • two-eyed seeing from the Mi'kmaq tradition for real leadership building
  • a refreshing nature burst with a whalewatching tour, days of ocean meditation and cliffside hiking, and a visit to Cape Spear - the most easterly point in north america
  • identity shifting and affirmation through meditative self-portraiture and partner work
  • rejuvenating breathwork sessions, both uptempo and downtempo throughout the week
  • an intimate cohort of participants (capped at 10) that you will journey with, sink into, and learn from like never before

The final information session will be online on Wednesday Apr 15th at 5pm ET. It will not be recorded.
