At Imbolc we honour the Celtic Goddess Brigid, keeper of the sacred waters, poetry, midwifery, blacksmithing, and the holy fire.
Let's honour her by crafting a Brigid's Cross, traditionally placed at the tops of doorways for protection! The craft is usually made out of reeds collected outside as they begin to peak through the winter snows (but various plant alternatives or even pipe-cleaners will do the trick!)
In this Mini Course (duration: 11mins) you'll learn how to make a Brigid's cross and thus have a strong emblem of protection with you as the winter transforms into Spring. The course is pre-recorded so you can learn at your own pace and return whenever you wish.
So grab some friends &/or coven folk, it's time to honour the returning of the light at Imbolc!
