An immersive session that explores two-eyed seeing as a framework to hold embodied (self) leadership, relational existence, and empowered decision making as an intentional bridge, rooted and evolving from the land, between leading self and leading life.

Tera McDonald (she/they)
Tera is a two-spirit Mi’Kmaw from St. George’s Indian Band holding status from Qalipu First Nation. A creator, digital illustrator, writer, facilitator, guest speaker, documentary host, and producer with 20 years of experience in teaching college Communications, they are committed to evocative and immersive experiences in Indigenous worldviews.
As CEO of Kalawikk Diversity Inc. Tera works with organizations providing training, facilitation, and guidance through the development of Reconciliation Action Plans to meet Call to Action 92.
