This retreat is an immersive 5 day experience that will empower you with:
- Feelings of restored body, soul and mind;
- Trust in your intuition; and
- More reconnection to the soul of nature than ever before.
The retreat explores:
- Nervous system restoration through nature immersion, good food, and great company.
- Shifting out of shame, stuckness, doubt, and oppressed identity
- A beautifully held Container of Healing Space held by mindfulness teachers, shamanic practitioners, a registered psychotherapist, breathwork practitioner, reconciliation expert, a cultural food wizard, a graduate of naturopathic medicine and certified forest guide
- Two-eyed seeing as a framework to hold embodied (self) leadership, relational existence, and empowered decision making as an intentional bridge
- How to be rooted in and evolving from the land.
- Excursion to the most easterly point in North America, a whalewatching tour, and an afternoon exploring historic downtown St John's, the oldest city in North America.
