And that connection can begin with something as simple as a plant, a cup of tea, a shared drink or a moment of stillness.
In this journey, we will explore:
- Arriving and creating space; slowing down to become present.
- Touching plants, smelling Earth, noticing and becoming curious.
- Reconnecting -- what we consume has a story
- Reflecting -- on the gifts of the season, connection and care
